Basmati rice -one cup
Water-2 cup
Salt-half tspn
Cloves-3
Cinnamon-one inch long
Ghee-3tspn.
Method
- Take one cup of rice and wash it.
- Add two cups of water into it and place above the stove.
- Add half tspn of salt and two tspn of ghee
- Also add three cloves and one inch long cinnamon.
- Let it boil..once the water is fully evaporated the rice is ready.
- Sometimes the rice quality varies and the quantiy of water to be added varies.
